It is my pleasure to welcome back to a new school year filled with enthusiasm, new requirements and new expectations for both students and staff. During the 2007-2008, Corporate Academy North will celebrate its first year of transition under secondary school reform into the new Corporate Academy of Business and Entrepreneurship. Having joined Cohort II of Miami-Dade County Secondary School Reform Plan, Corporate Academy North will now offer entering ninth graders and eligible tenth graders the opportunity to graduate with both a high school diploma and an occupational certificate in Business Supervision and Management. The curriculum is engaging, rigorous and requires that students move beyond the classroom to serve as interns in a business of their choice.

It is our mission to provide students with support, motivation and technical expertise to achieve personal success. With your support, we can do this by making our school better than the rest and be the school where No child is left behind. I look forward to working with you as your son or daughter begins a journey toward a better future.
